Executive Chef

Jebson started his trade over 45 years ago in Macau. He has worked extensively in the United Emirates with the Hyatt Group, as well as having a senior position inside the Sultan of Brunei’s palace.

Jebson brings unique international expertise and the ability to cook for many different cultures and religions. Since coming to Australia, Jebson has worked for the Sheraton Group and has been the Executive Chef in several convention centres. He has extensive experience in catering for large groups, organising buffets and also catering at offsite venues.

Mohammed

Food and Beverage Manager

Mohammed is originally from Morocco and learnt his trade as a professional food and beverage manager in France. He has worked extensively throughout Europe. Moving to Brisbane during the World Expo in 1988, he has now made Australia his home. Mohammed has since worked as a food and beverage manager at several international hotels in Darwin, Cairns, Sydney and Tasmania. His European training is invaluable, evidenced by his very sharp eye for quality and his pursuit of perfection.

Front Office Reception Managerr

Deb has had a lifelong career working in front of house roles as well as food and beverage. She is the first point of contact for most guests when booking accommodation or arriving for their stay at Country Comfort Motto Farm Motel Raymond Terrace. Deb has a can-do attitude where nothing is a problem and she strives to make sure all the guests’ requirements are met, from an egg and bacon roll at 2am in the morning to a late departure.

Having been at Country Comfort Motto Farm Motel Raymond Terrace for almost 20 years, Dinka takes incredible pride in her work and also her team. She looks after laundry services for guests staying in house and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Dinka is another staff member for whom nothing is too much trouble. She enjoys seeing regular guests return and is flexible with late check-outs and adjusting housekeeping rosters to suit guests who work at night.
